Samantha is VitalConnect’s Chief Experience Officer (CXO) and Executive Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Samantha has 30+ years of healthcare industry experience with her most recent 13 years in the remote cardiac monitoring space. She joins VitalConnect from Philips/BioTelemetry, a medical device and remote cardiac monitoring company, where she has served as VP of RCM and Customer Service since 2011. At Philips, Samantha had responsibility for the Financial Clearance, Billing and Collections process for $500M in annualized revenue. For a brief time, Samantha led the Customer Service team at Philips, as well, overseeing 300+ employees in various locations. Prior to Philips, she held various RCM, Payer Relations, IT and Finance leadership roles at Quest Diagnostics. Samantha graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Pierce College.
